      supportive with helping your progression - was open about looking for new jobs in order to facilitate salary growth as this was not available within the team I was working within. The management highlighted a role within the company I should apply for and helped me throughout the process.

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
