      Nice and comfortable offices Diverse people, generally nice to work with Fair compensation, relatively many benefits and occasional small gifts, company activities etc.

      Cons

      Limited opportunity to truly develop in marketing - more of a place to take advantage of your existing experience Leadership can be rigid People's motivation for change is low, not a place to easily innovate.
