      Decent starting pay, can always pick up OT. Training opportunities

      Cons

      Rotating shift (one week 1st, one week 3rd, one week 2nd and so on) seasonal (laid off in winter—can also be a ‘pro’ depending on your situation)

      Distance between site locations sometimes can be gruesome if you don't enjoy driving.

      Run down equipment and lack of effort from higher ups to fix things properly. Lots of nepotism.
