All of upper management is terrible. They use write ups as punishments instead of learning opportunities, they’re happy to throw each-other and other employees under the bus, and they completely and utterly lack transparency. They allow their mood swings to influence the entirety of the hotel experience, and all guests and staff suffer as a result. They also committed wage theft on multiple occasions, and were cited for osha violations.
