Pros
Great rapport with the team. Good managers who were also available to listen as well manage. Great advancement and learning opportunities. Most people seemed to be willing to go above and beyond to help the guests. Hilton travel program, employee awards, Christmas gift, internal events.
Cons
Hotel hours are hard to make a good balance work, but that is true with any hospitality job. Sometimes departmental communication is not easy and there can be conflicts between them. Occasionally expected to do too much. Pay is not great until you can really climb to a managerial position.
