      Pros

      great place to work because your coworkers are usually pretty cool. they offer some travel perks and discounted hotel rooms

      Cons

      got stuck working really long hours and there were always a lot of management to report to. some departments could use more structure and understanding of the Hilton brand

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
