The worst work experience of my life, I can say! And yes, avoid at all costs to work in this poisonous environment. You will be micromanaged at all the time by the hotel manager. Your activity will be closely watched and reported in a mischievous way to the hotel manager. Your achievements will be continuously minimised and not recognised, and you will be scrutinized whenever possible. Even you'll do no mistakes, don't worry, evidences will be fabricated to show you how bad you are at your job. HR? HR exists just to punish you, and nothing else! If you have in mind to join this company, please make yourself a favour, and don't! For your own peace of mind! It is, by far, the worst company I've been employed in my life, and I'm pretty sure on of the worst on market, and I regret so so much the decision to join them!
