      Pros

      Fun place to work with lots of employee engagement opportunities like free lunch and meet and greet with Paris.

      Cons

      Depending on your department leadership can be a bit... unsavory. The pay is also a bit low considering the workload (for me at least). If you live in DC the commute is a bit of a pain.
