      Lots of job openings due to lack of caring from management!!

      Cons

      Hilton caters to guests with no care for employees whatsoever. They make senior management so scared to get a bad review, they allow guests and encourage from what I can see, to demand whatever they want and know they will get it depending on their level. Diamond members are out of control and make day to day work absolutely miserable.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
