There are some opportunities for good rates in some of the company's Hotels throughout the brand.
Cons
In the nearly 2 years I was with the company there was never a departmental meeting and I never received a performance review. There doesn't seem to be any interest shown in career development nor helping employees identify and reach for their career goals.
