      The worst working environment I have ever had - Front Desk Receptionist Hilton Employee Review

      Pros

      The location is next to Hanoi Opera House, in the centre of the city.

      Cons

      Lack of support from colleagues and overall employees in Front Desk team. They have the worst management board (medium menagement level) who are alway angry.

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
