      Pros

      Hilton is offering you the opportunity to learn and develop yourself through training organised inside the department by your supervisors/managers and by the human resources department who will make you understand the company culture much better

      Cons

      On the other hand worth mentioning cons would be the salary which is in line with the industry and overall is not great for entry-level but it increases as you climb up the ladder. Resources are at the brand standard level but the company can lag behind others in terms of new technologies which can make both your and the guests life easier

      Great staff and lowermanagement. Last general manager was unfriendly and not very helpful.

      Cons

      I was supposed to get long tenure status for lifetime friends of family with my veteran status. Worked at Hilton 9+ years. Supposed to get 1 year for my veteran status (according to the handbook at that time) which would make 10 years. HR supposedly turned in application in August 2024. I even followed up and was told they were working it. It's been almost 2 years and haven't heard anything yet. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Guess I won't be staying at Hilton Hotels.
