Business Outlook
Pros
Great company culture, very diverse, & inclusive (depends). It's a people company which harbors a feeling of family & close friends and or acquaintances. The company invests a lot to improve their synergies with other teams and other markets.
Cons
Not the most visionary leadership team, lots of favoritism and nepotism mainly in the global offices. The employee handbook almost doesn't apply to global employees. No future for anyone who does not have a background in sales and or doesn't wish to continue being a project manager.
