      It's a great multinational company to work in, lots of challenges, which comes with lots of opportunities. Provides training, invests in people, and constantly improving processes to keep up with market needs.

      Cons

      Many projects get started, but enthusiasm fades out quickly. Room for improving allocation of internal resources for higher effectiveness.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
