      Good for the CV, lots of responsibilities very early in career

      Cons

      Workload far too high across all departments, including in senior management. Management clueless - micromanage the areas that don't matter and neglect the ones that do!

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
