Poor management, no rotation, very rude/arrogant, supervisors will advance their favorites and stick the people they don’t like in one spot, limiting income

Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
