      Quite good social benefits, insurance, food tickets etc. Growing company

      Cons

      Management often is not aligned, lot of execution. Problems with upskilling people and clarity of getting promotion offer. Lack of visibility of development path.

      The ability to learn on the job training by other experienced Maint Electricians is definitely a benefit.

      Cons

      Trying to grasp all the different technical terms used internally by the Henkel Maint team is a huddle I have to overcome.
