      Cons

      High pressure workload in supply chain operations and mixed management strategies on rolling out adaptation on operational project should cookie-cut across all regions. Overlook on cultural and business complexity for some.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
