      Strong evolution towards Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. Strong commitment of leadership team to move towards a healthy management environment. Strong benefits offer beyond salary.

      Cons

      The frequent restructuring phases for the past 2 years are leading to insecurity and a lack of visibility on career development opportunities. A lot of energy is put internally, ie. into reorganising - Not enough towards the market, business and clients.

      Good pay, Union job, not terrible work overall

      Cons

      Management lacks communication and micromanages immensely. Since packaging shut down, outlook on this plant is grim, with little to no positive affirmations from management regarding long term outlook. Zero room for growth at this site.
