      Great employee benefits, fantastic physical surroundings, conservative approach means a sense of security

      Conservative approach means difficulty in getting raises and promotions (or maybe that's just my division)

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
