Bad company hiding behind a prestigious name - Anonymous employee Hearst Employee Review

There’s absolutely no organization or process. This is the most toxic culture I’ve ever seen. I had to sit on multiple meetings where upper management screamed and belittled people in front of groups - sometimes as large as 20-30 people. Also was encouraged by senior management to treat another employee badly because they weren’t meeting deadlines.
