      Good company culture Passionate teams Great talent Industry Experts Go get it mentality

      Cons

      Junior positions are not paid a lot No automatic rise in salary with the rate of inflation i.e you may get paid less than the previous year even if the number stays the same No CEO at the moment + very little communication around the previous one's sudden departure

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
