      Brilliant supportive colleagues who become friends Office is nice CEO is great but huge discrepancy between his vision and how middle management run the day to day. Like working for two different companies

      Salaries amongst the lowest in the business No career progression Terrible communication from middle management and HR Talent retention is low Constantly doing everything on the cheap
