      Pros

      401k matching, decent salaries, strong brands. Lots of focus on career development with speakers/workshops.

      Cons

      Not a lot of growth opportunities, and speakers/workshops were interesting but seemed largely focused on non-edit roles. Vacation time is low for industry.
