Great place to work but no room for growth or increases - Anonymous employee Hearst Employee Review

Hearst boasts of (record profits) $10.8 billion revenue growth yet they had layoffs and gave everyone I know less than 2% annual merit increases. Pretty shameful for a company that is so diversified and swimming in profits to treat employees this way. Enough with 2008 recession era excuses. The economy has fully recovered for Hearst but their employees wouldn't know it.
