      Good staff, decent training programs, good health center, good benefits

      Cons

      Alot of bureaucracy to get things done, not very nimble. Bonus structure is inconsistent.

      Pros

      Well-organized and good communication. As a contractor, I found Hearst to be a pleasure to work with.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons to report other than that the accounts payable is out of North Carolina and can take 60 days to receive payment.
