To your point about jobs moving to Mexico, I'd like to note that we are not moving jobs: the leadership team is shaping our business. We have already announced a proposed restructuring, and the same thing is happening in many other tech companies. Technology is an industry built on change, and all major companies go through these changes and refocus their efforts.
