      The work environment is positive, many advantages such as lunch tickets, health insurance, salary, and flexibility in working from home.

      Cons

      A lot of slow processes make the work slow sometimes. Very hierarchical, and puts a lot of importance on titles. The location is far so you have to travel in a train filled with school kids.

      Globally recognized company. Good work/life balance. I don't feel micro-managed in my role. I appreciate the benefits.
