I am very happy for you that are feeling the open and collaborative culture we have at HKA. This is so important especially as you have been working with us for less than a year and during a pandemic. You are so right we do have a continuous improvement approach to keep making HKA better, particularly after we have listened to what our brilliant people have said. I also think you are right about our admin side. We need to keep improving there and automating with digital improvements as much as we can for our people and our clients.
