I note you posted in May 2018 as a current Senior Manager. Firstly sincere apologies that we are only now replying to your post. As you will know HKA has evolved and improved much since then and one of our continuous improvements programmes is to reply to all of our posts on Glassdoor. Your Pros listed in May 2018 are most positive and optimistic for the future.
I agree with your Cons, that working hard does pay off in HKA and that can mean more that 40 hours a week - I know we also care about the health and wellbeing of our people; so long hours are not sustainable . I was also delighted to read that you saw HKA has collaborative, which is my experience too.
Thank you also for your Advice to Management around defining Partner Track and employee benefits - all very sensible and constructive points. I know we have improved in those areas since you posted last.
You will know that HKA is not a complacent firm and we push the boundaries for continuous improvement. I can still see room for us to improve and as everyone collaborates and we have brilliant people; we make big leaps regularly. Thank you for your help.
