Having spent around X years at HCL and interacted with a variety of leaders, I’ve consistently found the company to be employee-friendly and grounded in a culture of respect.
Cons
EDS leader leads through fear and pressure. Behaves similar to Goa Health Minister in the recent incident. Meetings often involve humiliation, threat and constant judgement. People are constantly anxious and not empowered to do their best.
