Here are the list of cons: 1. Management is ineffective, with little to no concern for employee well-being or motivation. 2. Despite strong financial performance, the company often reduces bonuses. Expect to receive only 50-60% of the amount promised in your offer letter. 3. The company’s review cycle is one of the worst. After two years, I have yet to receive an appraisal. There is no support to keep employees motivated. 4. There is no clear promotion structure. Once you join, do not expect career growth; instead, you may feel like you're working as a servant to the company. 5. The work environment is frustrating and demoralizing. Leadership receives financial rewards, while employees are undervalued and underpaid. 6. In the past two years, the company has consistently delayed increment letters, offering only a 1-2% raise. It’s unrealistic to think that a 1% hike will satisfy employees after a prolonged period of hard work and delays.
