      Good projects to work on (esp if you have networking capability) easy work culture good company to work if you're able to play politics

      Cons

      Employee first is just a marketing slogan. compensation poor according to market standards company structure divided in to various LOBs and units within no inter or intra departmental transparency senior management unconcerned with employees
