Very Competitive Pay but a 2nd Tier Consulting firm - SAP Managing Consultant HCLTech Employee Review

Consulting wing is a consultant chop-shop. Made up entirely of consultants from Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, etc. SAP Consulting is something Axon excelled in, but when HCL bought them, the parent company's culture swallowed Axon. They do not have tools to support a mobile workforce. Consultants still have to save receipts, can't book travel on their own, and generally don't have laptop support.
