      Exploiting employees with so many variables in the salary package, in the name of utilisation, performance, etc. In a way other, you won't get what is there in your salary package. Close to 0 hike in appraisals. Running with so many obsolete hierarchies which is run by influencial individuals, companies within company. Nothing is simple which makes your life miserable.
