Pros
Only if you are working in central office ie., Sector 126, Big name, good food court, gym availablity and if you have better team or manager you will learn a lot from seniors but this is not very common.
Cons
Less salary, very less holidays, and you may loose chance of developing your core technical skills. Indian companies does not have really very good condition even if company is big MNC, I confirm this statement for HCL as there is nepotism, corporate politics everywhere. Person who works has to work every aspect of the project and person who has better reach doesent have to work at all he can though judge person who is far more talented then him, it's pandemic of companies like this. And exact same if for salary also working person is not getting enough hike but the person who has just a better link can have salary which u cannot even imagine
