good infrastructure, multiple huge cafes, gym, huge campus
Cons
increment like peanut. lots of politicians available here. if you want to learn politics as an engineer pls join it. in 5 years i have got only 10k as an increment. don't join hcl as a fresher it will ruin your career now they ask for 9 working hrs and track you by sapience tool, which feel that we are slave now. you cannot leave your desktop/laptop unattended more than 2-3 minutes(sapience will count you offline)
