      Pros

      HCL has excellent sales team, highly qualified professional which is strongest point in getting new projects globally.

      Cons

      Need lot of improvement when it comes to delivery, The "Sarkari Kamamchari" behavior , attitude, lack of skilled professional is creating dissatisfaction to clients. The retention & customer C-SAT will never ever improve until management think about pain areas in constructive delivery of expected services.
