      High Technological Proficiency, International Culture, Lots of possibilities to grow. Socially engaged + culture but mostly limited to India.

      Cons

      HCL isn't yet well established in Europe. Lacks knowledge about European Laws, Rules, Regulations, Procedures & Culture. Management is mostly conducted from India or the US and don't understand issues in Europe (Privacy, Work Law, Business Processes). Structural & Organizational issues. Work conditions & Salaries need to be negotiated.
