      Good to start as a fresher. Will come across various technologies being employed in IT infra management services( Theoretical views).

      Cons

      It's a kind of repetitive job in nature. Takes 18 to 20 months to move into technical track. Not for persons who has a desire towards programming domain. Willing to work for 24/7/365.
