      Pros

      Good routines if you are looking for a 9 to 5 job. In the hotel I was working we had weekends and bank holidays off, which is very unsual in the hospitality industry.

      Cons

      All the hotels of the chain are using SAP as their PMS, which can be a bit difficult to operate in the begging if you are used to Opera or other common PMS's.

      Decent wages avaliable for time worked

      Cons

      There is a 'high school' like attitude with staff very clicks Management is also very clicky and will make fun of staff members to their peers regularly There were many examples of racial profiling when working there. The kitchen is consistently a mess and food served there is likely to make you sick.
