      Pros

      Even thouhg you can think h10 premium as a call center, It is not. Do not imagine those crazy call centers with objectives imposible to achive. It is an easy job where the anagers give you the freedoom of taking care about different cases on your own. There is responsability but no pressure. It is not the job of your life but its a good option for a couple of years, The salary is competitive regarding the task.

      Decent wages avaliable for time worked

      Cons

      There is a 'high school' like attitude with staff very clicks Management is also very clicky and will make fun of staff members to their peers regularly There were many examples of racial profiling when working there. The kitchen is consistently a mess and food served there is likely to make you sick.
