Great employee discount. Opportunity to travel and work all over the world. Surrounded by beautiful things all day. You get to wear Gucci clothes every day !
Cons
Terrible management. No support. No guidance. No work life balance. Regional Manager was absent saw only twice a year. Management ignores you completely until there is a problem and then they will try to get you fired without any warning.
