Pros
Gucci encourages community. We built great relationships with other stores and generally enjoyed a great work environment. Most people are really friendly.
Cons
The pay structure was pretty unfair. BOH employees and coordinators weren't eligible for bonuses or incentives, and they were frequently left out of store contests. The sales team of course drives the numbers, but without the work of the BOH and coordinators, sales would suffer. The work load was also horribly balanced.
