Pros
Good discount, great atmosphere, friendly coworkers, feels very connected, fun, challenging, different everyday. Never bored, always something to do or project to get into.
Cons
In my two years in one location, no one received raises. Back of house doesn't always get to participate in certain company competitions, so the separation between sales associates and BOH team can be too severe.
