Pros

Good basic salary. Good teams with good people that make up for lack of experience at some points

Cons

Slave driving once worked a whole nightshift 0 breaks and was told to stay on to go into a 10am meeting. Management have 0 respect for people and want work done with no resources. They generally promote yes men / women most just nod and agree as they cannot voice their opinion or have little experience so don't have a opinion. The overall grifols hierarchy in Spain controls the events which is fascinating as the Spanish standards do not match Irish or UK standards that I have from previous experience. They won't listen to highlighted problems from management in Ireland and think they can get around issues that you cannot get around. Initially hired by a manager that could of been better used as a salesman who thought giving us a free doughnut would solve all of our issues and 15 hour work days. The project then started to hire under experienced people and then providing very little training to them.

Pros

Good for phlebotomy experience Meet interesting people Learn to keep plates spinning Good health benefits, but not enough to outweigh the health impacts Learn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment

Cons

Have to unlearn working in a high-stress fast-paced work environment High school drama and toxicity, management is the prom king/queen Cliquey dramatic management team Reneged agreements Playing favorites, rules for thee but not for me Private employee info gets spread, often by those who are relied upon to keep it private No work life balance or boundaries, and it's an admitted and perpetually unaddressed fault Have to be made to feel guilty for wanting to leave production, get a break, or go to the bathroom High turnover "Is everyone else working as hard as I am?",-Everyone, and eventually you
