Pros
Grifols looks for long term investments for their future. The people I worked with at Grifols spanned Research and Development, Quality, Regulatory, Service, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and many other areas. Employees at all levels care about meeting our customer needs and providing the best solutions for our customers. People throughout the organization worked to make quality product.
Cons
There was not enough understanding of the value talent from different Grifols sites brought to the company. Individuals would work diligently to build good relations across sites within the US, but there was not enough empowerment from headquarters to make Grifols as successful of a company as it could and should be.
