This comment is only for the Asia Pacific office. Team is lean. Be prepared to do the administrative work yourself. Slow paced. Quiet and Silo working environment. Little to no interactions among colleagues. (people just come in, do there work and leave) No company or team bonding activities. More Virtual meetings than face to face interactions. Poor IT backend support. Company hasn't gone all digital. Alot of work is done manually and many hardcopies are involved. Even annual leaves are track manually by individuals. Poor dissemination or cascading of information down from the top or company wide. (Communications) Career path is unclear.
