Cons
Middle age management. Low rates, awful management based on years on the same job instead of skills. Top educated people focused on administrative tasks. Better not to think, not to have ideas, just follow instructions. Low employees profile since they are recruited at first level entry with no additional tuition or experience. People don't want to move or improve in their careers which makes innovation impossible. There's no team work, you just obey your manager. High replacement rate in many departments when someone with ambition and eager to grow comes in. Awful psycho-social external evaluations, with high sick leave (depression).
