After Talecris was acquired it feels as though the company is moving backwards - R&D Grifols Employee Review

No growth opportunities and low morale. The company has healthy profits and continues to downsize workers and freeze raises and hiring. After being acquired two years ago, integration efforts have barely begun. Legacy Grifols doesn't share information and is more interested in slashing budgets at any cost. They are also phasing out systems to go back to paper.
